Nothing. FileOS has no accounts, no analytics and no tracking, and it never sends anything to us.
FileOS has no network code of its own. It does not connect to any server of ours or anyone else's.
FileOS reads only the folders you pick. It keeps a bookmark to each one on your device so it can open them again, along with your view settings and favorites. None of this leaves your device. Removing a location from the sidebar deletes its bookmark.
If you add a folder from iCloud Drive or another cloud app, that app and iOS handle syncing it, under their own privacy policies. FileOS only shows what they put on your device.
FileOS collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
